Excuses, excuses-I know! I have been so overwhelmed and busy with life that I have truly neglected my blog! So here are a few updates and then some fun posts. First, Brandon's company shut down their Salt Lake division back in the beginning of February so he got layed off, he started immediately with another small company hoping for success. Then in March we celebrated our 9th anniversary and in April had 3 birthdays as you will see below. I have had the wonderful yet time consuming opportunity to take part in the youth temple celebration for the Oquirrh Mountain Temple. Since march this has occupied anywhere from 2-5 nights a week between meetings and dance practices. I have loved it though, I can't believe it will all be over after the performance this weekend. I am both excited to get my life back, yet very sad to see it end at the same time!
This month we have been dealing with broken sprinklers and a severed main water line, causing lots of trouble, on top of unfortunately loosing job #2 and leaving Brandon unemployed again. So-Through many prayers and tears we find our peace in our faith and in eachother! It's amazing how durring times of trial you really get closer to the things that matter most. For us that is our Heavenly father and eachother! Despite many difficulties we have had the opportunity to see the Lord's hand bless us in many ways, we are truly blessed and I know that we will come out of this trial better than we were before it! Plus, having Brandon unemployed does have its perks, I love having the opportunity to spend more time with him and being together more as a family! I also love waking up to him each morning, and getting to sleep in when he gets up with the kids!=) Oh if only money grew on trees, I'd keep him home forever! But since it doesn't, please pray that he will find a good job soon! We really need some income!!!! Thanks for all your love and support, now enjoy the long over-due posts! We love you all!

Brandon and I have been happily married for 10 years. We have 4 beautiful kids! Life is great for us, we are trully blessed!
Baden
8 years old and finished 2nd grade! He has lost 6 teeth, the tooth fairy has been working over time for him lately! He is the best big brother!
Shayla
She is 6yrs old and just finished kindergarten! She loves baby dolls and playing with her siblings! She loves to be my big helper with her little sisters, such a little mom!
Sierra
Three years old and she is the happiest little girl ever! She loves to follow Baden and Shayla all over the place, and loves to help with Saige in any way she can!
Saige
Saige is 2 yrs old, and she gets more love and attention then she could ask for! She is a bit mischevious and lives life to the fullest and loves her brother and sisters!

Shersten, I am always amazed by your strength in the face of hard times. Your relationship with your Savior is so amazing to me and I tend to look up to you so often. I am almost 10 years older than you yet I feel that you are so spritually more mature than I am. I wish to be where you are sometime in my life and I keep working on it but I want to thank you for the example that you are to me and I am sure many others. We will pray for you too! It is amazing how the hard times really do make you stronger, and we need them to progress. I know you know this, but you guys will come out on top and look back and smile at what you went through together! You are in our hearts and prayers daily. We love you and are always here for you. I don't know if I have ever told you this, but I have looked up to you since the day we met. You have helped me through hard times by being there emotionally and physically. You and Brandon have always been an example to me with your strong marriage and your great parenting skills. You always make me want to be a better person. And now the faith you have through this hard time in your life has also helped me to see the important thins in life. I know you will get through this because the Lord knows your commitment to him and your faith in him. He will not leave you. I love you, and I am here for you.
